Life Liberty…and Bacon

One of the region’s three Slater’s 50/50 Burgers by Design has made its home at the corner of Beach and Adams. Long-time Huntington Beach residents may recall the location hosting numerous establishments over the years, but none had the power of Bacon on their side. Slater’s 50/50 specialty burgers feature a signature patty that is half bacon, half ground beef, and half euphoria. (You don’t have to check our math on that.)

An attractive, attentive staff complements the food just as well as the phenomenal bar menu with over 70 on tap selections does. Dinner and lunch menus feature a generous variety of salads, sandwiches, specialty burgers, and an appetizer selection that is kind on the wallet. Slater’s also allows patrons the option to customize and name their own burgers with the ‘Design It’ Burger menu featuring seven meat choices, sauces, cheeses, toppings, and three types of bread-four including the salad wrapped option.

Slater’s 50/50 has certainly set the bar for accommodation in local restaurants. The food selections include a generous assortment of carb-conscious and vegetarian options, as well as a kid’s menu, and over 30 game-playing flat screens line dining area walls. Whether you’re looking for a date night or a guy’s night out, Slater 50/50 on Beach and Adams is guaranteed to surpass your expectations.

We will have to wait and see if Slater’s 50/50 can beat the odds of its location’s predecessors, but so far customers only seem to be coming back for more.
